Thank you for you for considering to order and visiting our shop. As a small family business (just the two of us) we fulfil orders and print our fine art giclee prints, freshly to order and only as an order is made. With this particular item we print to order using our trusted supplier in Yorkshire, England.

We endeavour to get your print sent to our supplier as quickly as we can. As your print is send to an external company please allow up to 5 days (max) for us to carefully print and package your piece ready for delivery. We often get it released quicker. The item will be sent via Royal Mail first class (signed for) Delivered 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Each print will be packaged in a hard envelop with extra insert for protection, we include a sturdy backing to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping Rates

All prints are shipped 1st class (signed for) This way we both know the goods have been sent and if you need to chase please contact us for the receipt details so you can track your end.
Thank you for purchasing our products at Wilson Design Collective.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product needs to be shipped back to Wilson Design Collective utilising a parcel tracking service. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment price and method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligable for a refund.
