If you require a frame, you can add that into the Basket/Cart. You can choose between an Oak Frame, a White Frame or Black Frame at an additional fee.
Delivery

Please allow up to 2-5 days for us to carefully print and package your piece ready for delivery. We use a range of domestic and international suppliers including Royal Mail, DHL and Parcel Force to fulfil our orders promptly and professionally.

Please note - Please allow adequate time for your item to be delivered we use a next working day service with all our couriers. Christmas period lead times will sometimes extend by 2-3 days, so please leave plenty of time if your requiring it for a specific date.

Our smaller prints A4 and smaller are packed in hard backed brown envelopes, we always ensure it arrives in emaculate condition.

The larger prints A3 and upwards will be wrapped in tissue paper and rolled in a sturdy tube we ensure it reaches you again in perfect condition.

Our frames are solid wood, you can choose between three different finishes, Oak, White & Black. Featuring acrylic rather than glass bespoke packaging is used with bubble degradable inner packaging to protect our frames during transit.

Tracking

All our prints are tracked, we can share these details with you and you can then also check the tracking details with the courier leaving you with 100% confidence in the delivery of your item to your door.

Shipping Rates

All prints are shipped in a tracked next working day service. This way we both know the goods have been sent and if you need to chase please contact us for the receipt details so you can track your end.

All prints are shipped on a tracked service internationally, but shipping times may vary. So anything from 2-8 working days.
Return & Refunds

Thank you for purchasing our products at Wilson Design Collective.

We always want you to be happy! If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 7 days of your parcel arriving with you. Our prints are delicate items and any damage on return to us will be deducted from the exchange or refund total. Most cannot be resold. As we are a small business so please take this into consideration when choosing your perfect dream print. Please don't hesitate if you need to know anything about colours, or size or paper quality. Refund

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product needs to be shipped back to Wilson Design Collective utilising a parcel tracking service. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way for a full refund to be granted.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment price and method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Our Promise To You

If you receive the print and it is damaged or faulty. We would replace these for you for free of charge. We ask that the replacement request is made 7 days after receipt of the goods. Photographs will be required to demonstrate the damage.
