Hi, we are Caroline & Louise, twin sisters born minutes apart, we've spent our lives side by side from childhood scribbles and imaginary worlds to sharing dreams that felt bigger than us.
But what's always bonded us most isn't just the fact that we're twins....
It's that we see the world the same way, full of wonder, emotion and meaning in the smallest moments.
Our connection is something we've never taken for granted. It's a quiet kind of knowing. A soft glance that says " I understand".

Why "Collective" Matters to us
We call ourselves Wilson Design Collective for a reason, because everything we create is gathered layered, and lovingly pieced together just like a true collective.
Our process is rooted in the art of collage collecting stories, materials, memories and meaning and crafting them into something entirely new.
We are proud gatherers at heart-hoarders of beauty, snippers of sentiment and seekers of forgotten treasures.
Old papers, handwritten notes, vintage fabric scraps, even snippets of dictionary pages they all find a place in our work. Each element we use carries its own history and together they tell yours.
Sustainability is woven into everything we do. We work consciously using recycled and repurposed materials wherever possible, not just because it's responsible, but because it adds to the soul.
These materials hold echoes of the past, adding texture and resonance to every piece we create.
Whether it's a print a bespoke commission or a large scale mural, our work is about storytelling, cutting, layering and composing with care.

The Beginning
It all started with a wall that needed a little magic.
Caroline was searching for the perfect art print for her son's bedroom, something personal, playful and filled with meaning. But nothing felt quite right.
So, with a stack of sentimental papers, favourite poems, and a spark of motherly creativity, Caroline began to piece something together by hand.
Bit by bit, a charming giraffe game to life, his long neck full of personality, his eyes full of mischief her son's favourite animal, reimagined through layers of love and paper.
That moment changed everything.
What began as a one off creation for a bedroom wall soon turned into the start of a growing gallery, a heartfelt collection of animal prints, each one with a tale to tell.
People began to connect with these characters, recognising parts of themselves or beloved ones in the stories we collaged into each one.
When we had the opportunity to be artists in residence with the Yorkshire Wildlife Park and offer our prints to a wider audience, we knew this little creative spark had become a bigger .
A joyful journey from our studio tables to the heart of people's homes.
We realised then we weren't just making prints. we were making meaningful connections.
Telling stories through art and that's where

At the heart of our work is a deep rooted bond, we're sisters and our twin-ship runs deep. Family has shaped who we are, how we create and the way we tell our stories through our art.

Meet Louise....

Louise brings a beautiful balance of artistry and intuition, always designing with purpose, passion and a deep understanding of what people truly love.
With years of experience as a textile designer for leading UK brands, she has a keen eye for trends and an exquisite sense of colour.
Whether it's a pattern for a statement print or a quiet thoughtful motif, Louise is always thinking one step ahead, combining creativity with commercial flair to make every design not just beautiful but meaningful and desirable.
Away from the drawing board, Louise is a proud wife and Mum to two lovely daughters, plus her loyal four legged friend, who never strays far from her feet while she works.
Life at home is full of laughter, countryside walks, family adventures and evenings spent entertaining around a table filled with good food and stories.

Away from the studio, Caroline thrives on balance. She's a devoted mum who finds peace and joy in long countryside walks just beyond her doorstep.
Her love for nature, health, and wellbeing- specially gut health, is a grounding part of who she is.

Rooted in Textiles, Grown Through Storytelling
Our journey began in the world of textile design, where pattern, colour and texture were not just tools but a way of life.
With a shared background in printed textiles and experience designing for some of the UK's leading furnishing brands, our love for surface design runs deep.
Nature has always been our greatest muse, offering comfort, calm and endless inspiration.
In fact, creativity has been a form of healing for us, a medicine of sorts.
During difficult times the act of making, creating and imagining gave us purpose, strength and joy. Our venture as sisters is built on this belief: that art can uplift, connect and tell stories that matter.
Now, through Wilson Design Collective, we bring those values into every project, whether it's a heartfelt commission for a home, a bespoke mural in a commercial space, or a print collection filled with personality.
We don't just make art, we craft stories, rooted in experience, woven with love, and designed to connect.
