Characters With Personality
Each original begins with a character.

Inspired by the natural world and brought to life through layers of paper, texture and storytelling, these original artworks seek to capture more than appearance alone. From wise owls and curious foxes to gentle deer and spirited hares, each piece is created with its own personality, expression and charm.

While some characters maybe revisited in future collections, every original artwork is individually handcrafted, resulting in unique variations in composition, texture, colour and detail.

Occasionally, a character from an original collection may go on to inspire a future print release, allowing its story to be shared more widely. However, the original artwork will always remain a unique handcrafted piece.

The Nature of Handmade
Every original artwork is created entirely by hand using a carefully curated mix of materials including painted papers, vintage book pages, found ephemera, maps, hand-created textures and collage elements.

As each layer is individually cut, arranged and adhered by hand, subtle variations, visible textures and marker's marks naturally become part of the finished piece. You may notice raised surfaces, paper edges, brush marks, fragments of text, areas of texture or the occasional trace of the creative process.​ These details are not imperfections, but part of the character and authenticity of an original handcrafted artwork.

Each original is supplied mounted, with the mount thoughtfully incorporated into the design. Rather than acting simply as a border, every mount is individually embellished with collaged papers and hand-drawn detailing, extending the artwork beyond its edges and creating a beautiful finished presentation that is unique to each art piece.

All original artworks are supplied mounted and ready for framing. Dimensions provided refer to the outer edge of the mount, allowing you to select a frame that best suits your home and personal style.​

A Personal Inscription
Should you wish, we can discreetly add a meaningful phrase, date or message to the mount before framing.
This subtle finishing touch creates a personal connection between the artwork and its new home, without altering the original piece itself.
We naturally sign off the piece with our initials and add the 1/1 mark as it's a unique piece.

For those choosing an original as a gift, inscriptions can also be added to mark a special occasion - such as a birthday, anniversary or meaningful life moment - making the artwork a deeply personal and memorable gesture.

How To Reserve An Original
Each original artwork is available to reserve.
Once you select your chosen piece and click Reserve This Artwork, you will be invited to leave your contact details and preferred method of communication (email or telephone). We will then personally contact you to confirm the reservation and discuss any optional personal inscription, and delivery details.
​
The artwork will be marked as Reserved once we've confirmed your reservation and payment arrangements have been paid. It will be only marked and removed from availability as sold once payment has been received.
​
All original artworks are carefully created mounted, wrapped and packed by us within the studio. Each piece is protected using tissue paper and securely packaged in sturdy protective materials to ensure safe transit.
​
We use a tracked special delivery service for all original artworks, providing security and peace of mind for both sender and collector. Delivery costs will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

Your artwork is released and dispatched once payment has been received in full.
