2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, or by placing an order with us, you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

 

3. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use.

All content on this website including text, artwork, photography, graphics and logo designs are the intellectual property of Wilson Design Collective and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, duplicate or commercially exploit any material without written permission.

 

4. Products

We sell:

• Art prints in various sizes
   

• Original one-of-a-kind artworks (coming soon)
   

• Personalised and bespoke commissioned artwork
   

We aim to display all items accurately, however colours may vary slightly depending on monitor display.

 

5. Ordering & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received but does not constitute acceptance.

A binding contract is formed only when:

• we send you an email confirming dispatch of your order (for art prints), or
   

• both parties agree in writing to a commission project, and initial payment/deposit is received.
   

We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.

 

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in GBP (£).

We are not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged on any purchases.

Payment is taken at the time of order through the secure payment gateways offered on our website.

 

7. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom and internationally where indicated at checkout.

Delivery timescales will be stated at checkout. Any delivery dates given are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services outside our control.

Risk passes to you once the products have been delivered to the address provided.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

Art Prints / Ready-Made Products

You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To request a return, you must contact us by email within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty.

We will refund the cost of the goods within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with photographs within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Commissioned / Personalised Artwork

Commission pieces are non-refundable and exempt from the 14-day cancellation period, as they are personalised goods created to your specification.

A deposit may be required to secure a commission, which is non-refundable once work has begun. You will receive approval stages before final completion.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photography, product images and website content are owned by Wilson Design Collective and protected under UK copyright law. You may not copy, scan, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any image or design without written consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue or profits
   

• Indirect or consequential damages
   

• Losses caused by delays in shipping or events beyond our control
   

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

 

11. Links To Other Websites

We may include links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for any external content or privacy practices.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. The latest version will always be posted on this page and the date updated above.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
