We aim to display all items accurately, however colours may vary slightly depending on monitor display. We make every effort to display our artwork, colours and product information as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, monitor or device settings.

5. Ordering & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received but does not constitute acceptance.

A binding contract is formed only when:

we send you an email confirming dispatch of your order (for art prints), or
both parties agree in writing to a commission project, and initial payment/deposit is received.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.

5a. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that a product, material or frame option becomes unavaliable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss an alternative or arrange a full refund where appropriate.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in GBP (£).

We are not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged on any purchases.

Payment is taken at the time of order through the secure payment gateways offered on our website.

The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or commercial usage rights. All intellectual property remains the property of Wilson Design Collective unless otherwise agreed upon writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we shall not be liable for:

Loss of business, revenue or profits
Indirect or consequential damages
Losses caused by delays in shipping or events beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
