Delivery

• Please allow up to 2-5 days for us to carefully print and package your piece ready for delivery.
• We use a range of domestic and international suppliers including Royal Mail, DHL and Parcel Force to fulfil our orders promptly and professionally.
• Please note - Please allow adequate time for your print to be delivered we use a next working day service with all our couriers.
• Please be aware Christmas period lead times will sometimes extend by 2-3 days, so please leave plenty of time if your requiring it for a specific date.
• Our smaller prints A4 and smaller are packed in hard backed brown envelopes, we always ensure it arrives in emaculate condition.
• The larger prints A3 and upwards will be wrapped in tissue paper and rolled in a sturdy tube we ensure it reaches you again in perfect condition.
• Our frames are solid wood, you can choose between three different finishes, Oak, White & Black.
• Featuring acrylic rather than glass bespoke packaging is used with bubble degradable inner packaging to protect our frames during transit.

Tracking

• When ordering please add your phone number and email so you recieve alerts from the courier. Leaving you with 100% confidence in the delivery of your item to your door.

Shipping

• Free UK shipping on all our UK orders
• All prints are shipped tracked - next working day service. Remenber to leave your email address and phone number to be notified of tracked items.
• Delivery aims for 2-8 working days.

 

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return under your statutory cancellation rights.

To start a return, please contact us  at wilson@wilsondesigncollective.com with your order number before sending the print back. We will provide the return address and next steps.

Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.

The print must be returned using a tracked postal service, and the tracking reference must be sent to us once dispatched.

The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in appropriate protective condition. You may handle the print to inspect it as you would in a retail shop, however any excessive handling or damage that reduces resale value may result in a deduction from your refund, in line with UK consumer law.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at purchase.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund once processed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of the issue.• We will replace the print free of charge, or offer a refund if a replacement is not available.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides ongoing protection for faulty items.

Exchanges

As each piece is carefully produced, we do not offer exchanges on non-personalised prints for change-of-mind reasons.

If you would like a different print, please return your original item for a refund and then place a new order.

Personalised & Commissioned Artwork

Personalised pieces and commissioned original artworks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If there is an issue with a personalised or commissioned piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it.
