Production & Delivery Times

As every artwork is professionally printed to order, please allow approximately 2–5 working days for your piece to be carefully produced, quality checked and prepared for dispatch.

Once your artwork has been dispatched, please allow additional time for delivery depending on your chosen destination and courier service.

UK deliveries are typically quicker, while international orders may take longer due to distance, customs processing and local delivery networks.

We always aim to ensure your artwork reaches you as safely and efficiently as possible, and you will receive dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.

UK Delivery

We are pleased to offer free UK delivery on all art prints.

International Delivery

We are delighted to offer international shipping to selected destinations..

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

International orders are sent using a tracked courier service to help ensure your artwork travels safely and securely.

Packaging

• Every artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

• Smaller unframed prints are protected in rigid hard-backed envelopes.

• Larger unframed prints are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in sturdy postal tubes.

• Framed artwork is securely packaged using protective materials to help safeguard it throughout its journey.

Tracking

• Please include your email address and mobile number at checkout so you can receive delivery updates from the courier.

Customs & Import Duties

• Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees determined by the destination country.

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within your purchase price or shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return under your statutory cancellation rights.

To start a return, please contact us  at wilson@wilsondesigncollective.com with your order number before sending the print back. We will provide the return address and next steps.

Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.

The print must be returned using a tracked postal service, and the tracking reference must be sent to us once dispatched.

The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in appropriate protective condition. You may handle the print to inspect it as you would in a retail shop, however any excessive handling or damage that reduces resale value may result in a deduction from your refund, in line with UK consumer law.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at purchase.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund once processed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of the issue.

We will replace the print free of charge, or offer a refund if a replacement is not available.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides ongoing protection for faulty items.

Exchanges

As each piece is carefully produced, we do not offer exchanges on non-personalised prints for change-of-mind reasons.

If you would like a different print, please return your original item for a refund and then place a new order.

Personalised & Commissioned Artwork

Personalised pieces and commissioned original artworks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If there is an issue with a personalised or commissioned piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it.

Please remember that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or monitor settings.
