Printed on beautifully textured 315gsm archival natural white fine art paper, each print has a soft matte finish and is both acid-free and fade-resistant, ensuring it can be enjoyed for many years to come.

Every artwork is freshly printed to order in the UK.

Framing

Framing is available as an optional extra and can be selected from the drop-down menu before adding your artwork to your basket.

Choose from three carefully selected solid wood frame finishes:

• Oak
• White
• Black

Each frame is glazed with lightweight acrylic rather than glass, providing excellent clarity while making it safer and more suitable for shipping.

Production & Delivery Times

As every artwork is professionally printed to order, please allow approximately 2–5 working days for your piece to be carefully produced, quality checked and prepared for dispatch.

Once your artwork has been dispatched, please allow additional time for delivery depending on your chosen destination and courier service.

UK deliveries are typically quicker, while international orders may take longer due to distance, customs processing and local delivery networks.

We always aim to ensure your artwork reaches you as safely and efficiently as possible, and you will receive dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.

We are pleased to offer free UK delivery on all art prints.

International Delivery

We are delighted to offer international shipping to selected destinations..

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

International orders are sent using a tracked courier service to help ensure your artwork travels safely and securely.

Packaging

• Every artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

• Smaller unframed prints are protected in rigid hard-backed envelopes.

• Larger unframed prints are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in sturdy postal tubes.

• Framed artwork is securely packaged using protective materials to help safeguard it throughout its journey.

Tracking

• Please include your email address and mobile number at checkout so you can receive delivery updates from the courier.

Customs & Import Duties

• Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees determined by the destination country.

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within your purchase price or shipping cost.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return under your statutory cancellation rights.

Please contact us at wilson@wilsondesigncollective.com with your order number before returning your artwork. We will provide the return address and next steps.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Returns for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer and should be sent using a tracked postal service.

The artwork should be returned in its original packaging and in suitable protective condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate in accordance with your statutory rights.

Exchanges

As each artwork is carefully produced to order, we do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If you would like a different artwork, simply return your original order in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order.

Personalised & Commissioned Artwork

Personalised artwork and commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it.
